Office Staff / Booking Agent (New Office Opening in August/September)
Starting Salary: Rp.2.500.000 per month

Duties: Open office, and greet walk in customers. Answer telephones, emails, and online chat. Most communication is in English. Add new bookings to our pickup calendar, and communicate with other staff members via WhatsApp.
Hours: The job will be 6 days a week, from 10:00am to about 5:30pm.

Must be an Indonesian citizen with good spoken and written English skills, and basic computer skills. Should live in the Ubud area and have own transport.


Must be reliable and professional, and available for pickups in the early morning hours for trekking. Applications will be forwarded to our transportation manager, who will get in touch with prospective drivers on an as-needed basis.

    How do you rate our support?
    • Status Update:
      As of yet, we have not received any warnings or closure for Mount Batur, and daily trekking is going on as usual. Mount Batur is not in the exclusion zone for potential hazard in the event of a Mount Agung eruption, and there are no plans to close or evacuate the area. If the situation changes, we will notify our guests and arrange cancellation.
        If you choose to cancel even though the area is still open for recreational activity, our normal cancellation policy still applies. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
    • Please use WhatsApp text messaging to touch base with us! You should receive an auto response with more helpful information right away, and we will get back to you personally during office hours. If it is after hours (pickup-time) and you need to get a hold of someone right away, please send a quick WhatsApp to the “Booking Line” for more information.
      At the moment, we are always on the go, and use tablets to stay connected. So, we are often unavailable to immediately answer voice calls. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
